Privacy Policy
anppeptide.com is a static site made of plain pages. There is no account system, no login, no comment form and no shopping cart, so there is very little for me to collect in the first place. This page explains the small amount of information that does pass through, and what third parties involved in serving the site may see.
What This Site Collects
The site itself collects no personal information from you. I do not run a newsletter signup, I do not ask for a name or an address, and I do not maintain a reader database of any kind. If you simply read a page, nothing you type is stored by me.
Cookies
anppeptide.com does not set cookies. No banner is needed because no tracking or advertising code runs on these pages. A third-party measurement script described below may place its own identifiers, which I do not control.
Audience Measurement
I use 51.la, a third-party audience measurement service, to learn roughly how many people visit and which pages they open. It reports aggregate counts, approximate region and broad device or browser type. I do not use it to build profiles of individual readers, and I have no way to connect a visit to a name.
Server Logs
Like nearly every site on the internet, the server that hosts these files records ordinary request data: internet protocol address, time of request, the page requested, referring page and user agent string. These entries exist for troubleshooting and security, and they are retained for a limited period by the hosting provider, not by me.
Email Contact
If you write to me, I keep your message and your address for as long as I need to answer it and follow up on any correction you raised. I do not share them with anyone, and I do not add them to any list. Ask me to delete a message and I will.
Changes to This Policy
If the site ever changes in a way that affects this policy, I will edit this page and note the change. Questions about any of the above are welcome by email.
